We are actively seeking to acquire and hold cash flowing enterprises with a focus on U.S. based distribution and light manufacturing. We give preference to family-owned businesses that are transitioning because of estate planning requirements.

Our firm was established in 1990 with the formation of a finance consulting business designed to serve the venture capital and private equity industry. By bringing excellence and creativity in the development of funding options and analysis to clientele portfolio investments, we succeeded in completing dozens of transactions in the first few years. We began as a service provider that rapidly evolved into a merchant banking firm, and today operates as a private equity investment group that also serves as our family office.
